A modern interpretation of a classic woven Kelim carpet in 100% wool. The pattern is inspired by traditional Turkish designs and features a triangular ‘flag’ pattern. Part of the collection ‘A Turkish Love Affair’.

“At a stroll through the bazaars of Istanbul I realised a fact; patterns and colours in Turkish carpets show a huge similarity to our own traditional Swedish heritage. Maybe the Vikings in their time brought our design culture to this part of the world or vice versa? I have, as a present-day Viking, interpreted the heritage of the Turkish carpet” says Thomas Sandell.
