The C-Chair is updated with a new sturdy and enduring wood frame with veneer seat and backrest underpinning its classic shape and rich design language.

The elegant C-Chair designed in 1947 is one of Gascoign’s most well-known pieces. The chair was originally designed to fit into the new sizes of homes built in the post-war years in France. Here Gascoin created a simple, functional piece of furniture to make up for the lack of space in these new homes. 

Other versions are available with an upholstered seat or fully upholstered.
